Not valid win 32 application message
When the program is executed outside the IDE to verify the problem is that the DLL cannot be found, I get the windows error "... is not a valid WIN32 application." But the project is being developed in the IDE as a windows application. What can cause CBuilder 3 to successfully compile an invalid WIN32 application?
